The day began sunny, and my kids were enjoying the splash pool, then came a severe thunderstorm watch which then turned into a warning. Not soon after two massive shelf clouds came through bringing with it a significant rain fall, lightning, thunder and hail. Radar was projecting rotation not to far away, wind was picking up got in my car and captured these images.
